He aquí que aquel cuya alma no es recta, se enorgullece; mas el justo por su fe vivirá. Behold, he whose soul is not straight, is proud, but the just shall live by faith. Habacuc 2:4. Habakkuk 2:4.

Has estado últimamente luchando con Dios tratando de comprender sus caminos? You've been struggling with God lately trying to understand his ways? ¿Te ha sido difícil penetrar en la voluntad de Dios para tu vida? Do you has been difficult to penetrate God's will for your life? Ciertamente, no siempre es fácil aceptar lo que él ha dispuesto para nuestra vida. Certainly not always easy to accept what he has ordained for our lives.

Habacuc fue un hombre cuya vida se centró en esa lucha. Habakkuk was a man whose life was focused on this fight. Su nombre significa para algunos “abrasador” o “abrazo”, pero para otros significa “luchador”. His name means to some "hot" or "hug", but for others it means "fighter." Me inclino por el segundo, porque, al observar su libro, puedo ver a un  hombre que ha tenido que luchar con Dios, quizás abrazándose a él sin soltarlo en ocasiones, tratando de entrar en ese mar desconocido llamado la voluntad de Dios . I favor the latter because, looking at his book, I can see a man who has had to wrestle with God, perhaps clinging to him without letting go at times, trying to get into this unknown sea called the will of God.

El problema de Habacuc era tratar de entender los caminos de Dios y la justicia Divina. Habakkuk's problem was trying to understand the ways of God and divine justice. Habacuc llega a cuestionar a Dios por las consecuencias que tiene que afrentar Judá debido a su constante iniquidad y, finalmente, demanda una respuesta por parte de Dios. Habakkuk comes to question God about the consequences you have to insult Judah because of their continued wickedness and, finally, demands an answer from God. ¡Cuán comprensivo es Dios con la pequeñez del ser humano! How comprehensive is God with the smallness of human being! Dios le explica pacientemente al profeta que su problema  y el mío no es juzgar a Dios y evaluarlo para ver si lo que hace esta bien o es justo. God patiently explained to the prophet that his problem and mine is not God to judge and evaluate to see if what you do is right or fair. El gran problema del ser humano es que no luchamos, no sentimos “agonía” por  penetrar en el plan que Dios tiene diseñado para nosotros, aunque no lo entendamos. The big problem is that human beings do not fight, do not feel "agony" to penetrate the plan that God has designed for us, but we do not understand. Imagino a Dios diciéndole: “Mira, Habacuc, mi luchador. I imagine God saying: "Look, Habakkuk, my fighter. Has estado agonizante queriendo entender mis caminos. You've been dying trying to understand my ways.

Eso esta muy bien. That's great. Lo que aquí realmente importa es que el justo, el que me ha aceptado como su Dios, se aferre a mí por fe mas allá de las bendiciones o las cosas buenas que puedan ocurrir en su vida. What really matters here is that the fair, which has accepted me as their God, cling to me by faith beyond the blessings or good things that happen in your life. Solo así la fe del hombre puede crecer pues confiara que si esta dentro de la voluntad de Dios, todo estará bien”. Only then the man's faith can grow to trust that if it is within God's will, everything will be fine. " ¿Y que pasa ahora contigo y conmigo? How about you and me now? ¿Quieres luchar para entender que es lo que tiene Dios dispuesto para ti y para mí? Want to fight to understand what God has prepared for you and me? ¿O quieres seguir perdiendo el tiempo cuestionando si Dios ha hecho lo correcto contigo o con el mundo?  Aférrate a él. Or do you want to continue wasting time questioning whether God has done the right thing with you or with the world? Hold on to him. No a lo que Dios pueda darte o quitarte. Not what God can give or take away.

Lucha por estar en el centro de su voluntad. Fight to be at the center of your will. Amado Señor, ayudarnos a aferrarnos a ti, no a lo que puedas quitarnos o darnos. Dear Lord, help us hold on to you, not what you take away or give.
